My Story As A Pet Photographer
Every pet owner knows the joy of a wagging tail, the gentle nuzzles of a nose, and the bond that transcends words. Yet, amidst the laughter and love, there lies a poignant truth: capturing the spirit and uniqueness of these beloved companions can often feel frustrating and disappointing. Generic photos simply do not do justice to the heart and soul of your pets, leaving us longing for something more meaningful.
As a lifelong animal lover and pet owner herself understands this. From childhood days in rural New Zealand to the moment I picked up a camera before venturing into South America, photography evolved from a hobby into a passion. It was this journey that fuelled my desire to create Wolfe and Fox Photography, established in 2024, where timeless bespoke portraits of pets would not just be taken, but crafted with love and artistry.
With years spent surrounding myself with animals, I know that pets are family and in some cases closer than family. They hold a significant place in our hearts, and their memory deserves to be immortalized in a way that evokes all the joy and connection they brought into our lives. That’s why I focus on designing bespoke luxury wall art, albums, and matted prints that truly reflect the essence of each pet, turning memories into beautiful, tangible reminders of their presence.
Imagine walking into your home and being greeted by exquisite portraits of your pets, each telling a story of love and companionship. Imagine being able to share these stunning pieces with friends and family, showcasing a gallery of love that honours the unique spirit of your animal companions. This not only elevates your space but also keeps their memories alive—each glance sparking joy, laughter, and sometimes, bittersweet nostalgia.
To help capture these irreplaceable moments, I have crafted a simple, easy-to-follow plan:
Book a discovery call to discuss your vision for the perfect portrait.
Schedule a relaxed photo experience that allows your pet to shine in their natural light.
Join me for an in-person or virtual reveal session where you’ll select your favourite images for your stunning wall art, albums, and prints.
This is more than a transaction; it’s a journey of connection and love. I offer more than just service; I offer understanding. If you want to cherish your pet's memory through exquisite wall art, this is the right choice.
Don’t risk settling for ordinary photos that miss capturing the spirit of your beloved companion. Instead, let me help you tell your story through art that resonates with the heart.

Meet Your Photographer

I'm Jules
A Kiwi calling Scotland home since 2022 and counting.
My interest in photography started as teenager, however, it wasn't until many years later I decided to something about it. A holiday to South America was the catalyst for me to purchase a basic DSLR and from there the desire to pursue photography as a career was ignited. My photography style ranges from photojournalist to abstract.
There are many forms of photography which I am passionate about including wildlife and landscape photography. Also love to travel and explore exotic places and fell in love with Peru, particularly the Amazon rainforest.
Since arriving in the Scotland I have travelled widely around it and still have many places to explore. The islands around Scotland are on my list to visit. My favourite places so far have been Campbelltown with it’s rich whisky heritage and, Aviemore and the Cairngorms for it stunning scenery. Oh, and Glencoe, just incredible.
When I am not travelling I like to run with my dog and completed the Edinburgh Half Marathon this year. Also, am a bit of a baker but unfortunately or fortunately I can’t eat it because of my food intolerances. Those around me are blessed with a few extra calories. In winter I love to head away to go skiing with friends,
Why Pets you ask? Pets are part of my family and growing up in rural New Zealand farm animals and racehorses were an everyday occurrence. I have memories as a toddler with a filly my dad bought home. My brother and I would be found fast asleep in the paddock with her.
My boy is a Dutch Herder called Rip, he is two and a half strapping young dog. Loves to run and be clapped (for those who are not Scottish that means patted). He definitely keeps me on my toes and extremely active.
Combining my love for animals and passion for photography is the perfect mix for me.
Allow me the privilege of being your photographer capturing the special and unique bond you and your pet share.
