1. A non-refundable retainer fee of £99 is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance of is due at the time of placing an order during the reveal/sales session.
2. The Photographer retains the copyright to all images taken during the session/event. The Client is granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use and reproduce the images for personal purposes only.
3. The Photographer will make every effort to accommodate specific requests but cannot guarantee the availability of certain shots or poses.
4. The Photographer is not responsible for compromised image quality due to circumstances beyond their control, such as inclement weather or venue restrictions.
5. In case of cancellation by the Client, the retainer fee is non-refundable. The Photographer may reschedule the session/event at their discretion.
